2027 Encanto-Palmcroft Historic Home Tour and Street Fair

For 100 years, Encanto-Palmcroft has been one of Phoenix’s most beloved neighborhoods, with tree-lined streets, curving lanes and a remarkable collection of historic homes. This spring, we’re marking the centennial with open doors and a festive street fair at 9th ave and Monte Vista. The street fair is free and open to everyone. A ticket is only needed for the Home Tour. 

Join the Encanto-Palmcroft Historic Preservation Association for a self-guided tour of 10+ private homes in a variety of architectural styles. Each home tells part of the story of how this neighborhood was built, lived in and lovingly preserved across a century.

Your ticket includes:

• Self-guided access to all featured homes
• A commemorative centennial tour brochure with home histories and a map
• A wristband for entry to each home.

Check-in: 9th ave and Monte Vista. Bring your confirmation email (printed or on your phone) to pick up your brochure and wristband.

Good to know

• Tour homes are private residences. Please be respectful of homeowners’ property.
• Accessibility note: some homes include steps and are not wheelchair accessible.
• Tours run rain or shine. Tickets are non-refundable.
