Step inside 10+ private homes in a range of architectural styles, each telling part of the story of how this neighborhood was built, lived in and preserved.

The Street Fair

Around 100 vendors and food trucks plus live entertainment at 9th Ave and Monte Vista, starting at 9 a.m.

For 100 years, Encanto-Palmcroft has been one of Phoenix's most beloved neighborhoods, with tree-lined streets and curving lanes.

Know Before You Go

Check-in: 9th Ave & W Monte Vista Rd. Show your confirmation email (printed or on your phone) to pick up your Tour Brochure and wristband.

Self-guided: Visit the homes in any order, any time between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Come early to enjoy the street fair, which opens at 9 a.m.

Accessibility: Some homes include steps and are not wheelchair accessible.

Kids: Children under 12 are free with a ticketed adult. Strollers are not permitted inside homes.

Parking: Free street parking throughout the neighborhood. Please don’t block driveways. A shuttle will be provided, starting at the Street Fair.

Rain or shine: The tour goes on in any weather. Tickets are non-refundable.

Be our guest: Tour homes are private residences. Please be respectful of homeowners' property.
