Note: Neighborhood board meetings (open to the public) are held at the Valley Garden Center (1809 N. 15th Ave) generally on the 2nd Tuesday of each month (except July, usually).
Please note that the EPHPA Home Tour And Street Fair is held once every two years (on "odd" years).
